Dallan currently employs approximately 120 employees at four separate locations. The workforce is mainly compromised of heavy equipment operators but also includes dump truck drivers, mechanics, general labourers and managerial staff.

Aside from the managerial staff, all employees are unionized and belong to the United Steelworkers Local 1-2010.

Dallan takes a progressive and cooperative approach to labour relations and is proud of the fact we achieved collective bargaining success without ever requiring any type of work sanctions or work stoppage nor have the company and the union ever proceeded to the arbitration stage in the grievance process in its 12 year relationship.
